How deep does the CRM integration actually go?

We dedicate engineering resources to map your specific schema: custom objects, custom fields, custom pipelines. This is not a generic connector. The result is a complete, bidirectional sync that reflects your CRM exactly as it's configured.

We're switching from Outreach. What stays intact?

Activity history, marketing-sales collaboration workflows, and CRM sync all carry over. Verkada replaced Outreach with Athean. The integration depth that made Outreach sticky at enterprise is handled natively, plus the AI layer on top.

What custom objects does it support?

All of them. We map whatever your CRM contains: product lines, customer success records, deal stages, territory structures. That data feeds the AI directly, so outreach and prioritization reflect your specific business context, not a generic B2B template.

Do we need ZoomInfo or another data vendor?

Not to get started. Contact and account data is included out of the box. If you already have a ZoomInfo contract, we'll integrate it alongside, but you're not required to bring one to run a complete prospecting operation.
