Common questions

Can we export analytics data to our own BI tools?

Yes. Athean exports structured data dumps to BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, and similar tools. We don't try to replace your analytics stack. We feed it with clean, complete data so your existing infrastructure keeps working.

How does the gamification system work?

Leaderboards and performance competitions are configured at the team level. You choose the metrics that matter (calls, meetings booked, reply rates) and Athean surfaces them in a way that drives visible, healthy competition. Nothing is prescribed; you define what winning looks like.

Does Athean support SSO and enterprise identity management?

Yes. SSO via Okta and other SAML providers, role-based permissions, and approval queues are all standard. Enterprise governance is built into the platform, not added as a security add-on.

What's the difference between sequence analytics and team analytics?

Sequence analytics tracks performance at the playbook level: reply rates, meeting rates, and completion rates per operator or template. Team analytics tracks rep and team-level volume and efficiency: calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline created. Both are available in the same workspace.
