Marketplace

Find outreach sequences, learn from their results, and bring useful templates and operators into your work.

Find a sequence for your audience

Open Marketplace to discover sequences you can use for outreach. These support your daily work by organizing the messages and actions you take with prospects.

Choose Templates for predefined steps with variables that fill in for each prospect, or Operators for sequences that use research and instructions to generate personalized outreach.

  1. Browse Featured, Most successful, or Popular, or use Search sequences to find a specific sequence.
  2. Narrow the results with filters such as Team, Industry, Department, and Seniority. Use Lists to browse a collection of sequences.
  3. Sort by Reply rate, Meeting rate, Open rate, Recently edited, Most contacts, or Most popular.

Start with a sequence that fits your audience and goal. A strong rate is useful context; review the number of contacts and the sequence itself before deciding to use it.

Review the steps and results

Open a sequence to inspect its creator, edit history, and Steps. Review the channels, message content, and timing. For an operator, also review Settings to understand the instructions behind its outreach.

The Performance summary shows total contacts, replies, meetings, and other available measures. Select View full performance to open the dashboard scoped to that sequence. Use Analyze sequence performance to understand the results and decide what to improve.

Check that you have the connections the steps need. A sequence with automated LinkedIn steps may prompt you to connect LinkedIn before saving, duplicating, or adding contacts.

Save a sequence or make your own copy

Add to my library saves the existing sequence so you can find it in Sequences. The action may read Save to my library if someone has already placed it in your library. Saving a sequence does not enroll contacts.

To adapt a sequence independently, open More actions → Duplicate, give the copy a name, and select Duplicate. Changes to the original will not appear in your copy. Open your copy and use Edit to make your changes.

Saving the original keeps you on the shared playbook: later saved template edits or published operator edits are available for future use. Duplicate it when you want to try a variation with a smaller audience. Existing contact drafts and active outreach have their own content; see who receives a sequence change before rolling out an improvement.

Sequences you create already appear in your library. Removing your personal save may leave a sequence there if it was also added for you, a group you belong to, or the entire organization.

Use Sequence lists to organize templates and operators by audience or purpose. To create or adapt the sequence itself, follow Build sequences and operators.

Add contacts when you are ready

  1. On the sequence, select Add contacts and follow the contact selection flow.
  2. Choose Add to template or Add to operator. Review the enrollment settings in the confirmation dialog before confirming.
  3. Resolve any contact or channel issues raised by the verification step, then check the result. If any contacts fail or are deferred, follow the available retry guidance.

Operators research contacts and generate personalized sequence drafts. Review these in Approvals and follow the approval requirements shown for your workflow. For the complete enrollment and follow-up process, see Sequences.

Share with the right people

When you have permission to manage a sequence, open More actions → Share. The sharing dialog separates three choices:

  • Access: choose Owner only, People and groups, or Entire organization. Owner-only access still includes organization admins and people with View all access.
  • Add to libraries: place the sequence in the libraries of selected people and groups, or the entire organization.
  • List in Marketplace: let people who already have access discover it through browsing and search. Feature in Marketplace also places it in Featured when you have that permission.

Library placement and Marketplace listing do not grant access. Review any access warning, then select Save. If a setting is read-only, ask your administrator to make the change.

Use Groups to make these assignments for a team and keep them tied to its membership. The Permissions and roles guide explains the permissions needed to manage shared content.
