Scheduling links

Create a booking link, set your availability, and let people choose a meeting time with you.

Set your availability and booking rules

Before sharing the link, review the following settings:

  • Display name: the name guests see when booking.
  • Meeting durations: choose which of the available 30-, 45-, and 60-minute options guests can book.
  • Timezone: the timezone used for your working hours.
  • Working hours: enable the days you accept meetings and set the start and end times for each day.
  • Buffer (min): leave space between meetings.
  • Max days ahead: limit how far into the future guests can book.
  • Min notice (hrs): require advance notice before a meeting starts.

Save your changes and open the copied link to review the times a guest can select. Available slots also depend on your connected calendar, so a working-hours window does not make every time in that window bookable.

Share your link and review bookings

Use the copy control beside your scheduling URL. Include the link in a message, your email signature, or a reusable snippet where it fits the conversation.

When a guest books, Athean checks calendar availability again before creating the meeting. Review the calendar invitation for the confirmed time and meeting location. Open Bookings in Scheduling link settings to see guest names, email addresses, meeting times, and durations.

Meeting links depend on your connected meeting platform. Check the invitation before the meeting rather than assuming a particular video provider. Use Meeting assist to prepare recording and live assistance when available.

Pause bookings or fix missing availability

Turn off Link active and save when you want to stop accepting new bookings through the link. This changes the booking link; existing calendar meetings remain on your calendar.

If a guest cannot find a time, check that the link is active, your timezone and working hours are correct, the requested time meets your notice and advance-booking limits, and your calendar connection is healthy. Calendar conflicts and buffers can also remove times from the available choices.

After changing availability or reconnecting your calendar, open the public link again to check the result. For help with your calendar provider, contact support.
